Data We Collect

CareerDojo collects the following data to provide our service:

• Account info: Email, display name, username (via Supabase Auth)
• Resume data: Text you upload for Career DNA analysis
• Session data: Sparring conversations, evidence bullets, and generated resumes
• Usage data: API call logs for billing and service improvement

How We Use Your Data

• Analyzing your resume to build Career DNA
• Providing Socratic sparring sessions
• Generating tailored resumes from your approved evidence
• Managing your credit balance

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) — only you can access your data. AI processing uses OpenAI's API with store: false to prevent training on your data.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Authentication and database
• OpenAI: AI processing (with store: false)
• Cloudflare: Hosting and API functions
• Google OAuth: Optional sign-in

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen.
